Homeless Resources
The Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center (HCWC) is a local non-profit who offers free and confidential services to adults, youth, and children who are victims of family violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and child abuse who live, work, or attend school in Hays and Caldwell Counties. Services are available in English and Spanish
Southside empowers families and individuals to meet their essential needs. It helps with resources, offers a safe environment during temporary crises, and coordinates services for more effective use of resources, regardless of age, background, capabilities, or beliefs. Southside also works to increase the community’s awareness and understanding of the needs of low-income families and individuals.
